Biography
Derek has been qualified as a family for 20 years. He has almost exclusively worked as a family lawyer for that time.
He has particular experience with cases involving children and also complex financial matters, particularly pension or trust cases.
He also has considerable experience of dealing with all aspects of International child abduction.
He is a member of Resolution and, of course, a trained collaborative lawyer.
When not working, Derek enjoys writing or playing his guitar in two local bands and is a keen football fan.
