I am the head of the Family Department at David Hurley Associates a busy niche practice in Bournemouth.  I am a qualified Collaborative Lawyer, and a member of the Law Society's Child Panel.  I am also a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Children Law and Domestic Violence.  I qualified in 1995 although was a Legal Executive prior to qualifying as a Solicitor so have many years of experience helping families through their difficulties.  I assist a huge range of clients from high net worth individuals to families on benefits.  Every Client, whatever their circumstances, is important to me.
