“Nothing is quite like helping a person understand that the best way to resolve their problems is through constructive dialogue and collaboration. This gives me a tremendous sense of satisfaction, particularly when the family has gone through such an anxious time. I know that usually it is much better to have reached an agreement rather than have a decision imposed upon you by a Court.”
