Deborah joined Ellis Jones in 2001 as a partner, having practised exclusively as a family lawyer with Payne Hicks Beach and Hughes Fowler Carruthers in central London. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 and is an accredited family lawyer specialising in complex and high value cases.

Deborah is a multi-faceted family lawyer who is both a Resolution trained family mediator and a collaborative lawyer, having trained in 2005. 

Deborah has a progressive and creative approach to settling cases using her mediation and collaborative training skills. She is well known for her handling of complex and seemingly intractable disputes.
