Biography

Since qualification Fiona has practised family law and undertaken a broad range of family work.  She has advised upon divorce proceedings and in connection with disputes between cohabitees. Advising families has also involved dealing with proceedings relating to children and financial applications.  In recent years the focus of her work has been upon the future financial arrangements for couples and families. Fiona also regularly prepares Separation, Pre-marital and Living together Agreements.

To offer an alternative way for families to resolve their differences Fiona trained as a Mediator in 1997 and more recently in Collaborative Practice. Fiona is the Head of the Family Department.
