Collaborative Law involves the parties agreeing to avoid Court and to work with each other in round table meetings in order to reach agreement in regard to their family disputes.
Mediation is where the parties attend with a neutral Mediator in a safe and confidential environment and try to resolve their differences by amicable discussion rather than conflict.
