He has been instrumental in setting up the North and West Dorset Collaborative Pod which by February will have grown from three inaugural members to thirteen members. This Pod maintains close links with Collaborative colleagues in Somerset and Bournemouth Pods. Tim has also encouraged one of his Partners to become Collaborative accredited. Pengillys now has two Collaborative Practitioners and two qualified Mediators to augment their Family Team that deals with the complete range of all family and relationship disputes. Tim has been a Deputy District Judge since 2000 and is a former President of the Dorset Law Society. |
