Biography

Simon is a Partner in Blake Lapthorn Solicitors, based in Winchester. He heads up the firm's Family Team on the South Coast and he has been practicing Family Law for 23 years. He trained as a Collaborative Lawyer in 2006 and he has successfully completed over a dozen cases. Simon is a member of the Family Law Panel and he is also Regional Press Office for Hampshire Resolution. Simon is described as a leader in his field by Chambers, the well known legal directory. Simon specialises in high net worth financial disputes between married and/or cohabiting couples. He is also HM Deputy Coroner for Central Hampshire.
