Biography

Daniel is a partner and the head of Clarke Willmott’s family team in Taunton.  He trained as a collaborative lawyer in 2005 and has successfully resolved many collaborative cases throughout the South West.  Daniel chairs the Somerset Collaborative Group and plays a prominent role in Resolution (the national organisation of family lawyers), including chairing its international committee.
He is an accredited family law specialist in complex financial and property matters and is a recognised individual in the legal directory Chambers & Partners, noted for his collaborative law work.
As a collaborative lawyer, Daniel’s focus is on helping couples to separate with dignity and to put the needs of any children first
