Biography

William has over 30 years experience of Family Law and has been Head of Family Law at Thatcher & Hallam since 2007.  William is a member of the Law Society’s  Family Law Panel and deals with a wide range of family work including divorce, children cases,  finance and disputes involving unmarried couples.  He completed his training in Collaborative Law in 2009.

Quoted during the run up to Collaborative Week 2011 William described how Collaborative Law  benefits the whole family, including the children, when “the traditional methods have been tried and very often they’ve not succeeded, and we need to have a new and refreshing approach.
