Biography

Charles Goodbody gives his clients the opportunity to participate fully in whatever process they have chosen to resolve family issues. Charles provides guidance by drawing on over 30 years' experience as a family lawyer.

He trained as a Collaborative Family Lawyer in 2005. He has embraced Collaborative Family Law as a meaningful alternative for clients who wish to minimise the impact of separation and divorce on their children and reach a resolution in a dignified way and he has concluded a number of Collaborative cases successfully.
